The Coed Varsity Track Team Break a Few School Records and Go to State

Gavin Tribelo, a shot putter, broke the school record and won the district title with a toss of 51'  8 1/4'. The previous record was set in 2000 with a toss of 50 -  7 3/4. Gavin advanced to regionals. At regionals, Gavin qualified for state with a toss of 50 - 6 1/4. Maddy Jones, a disc thrower, also advanced to regionals, Maddy broke the school record at regionals and qualified for state with a toss of 125' "4.

They are the first Southern throwers to qualify for the Division III state finals.
